ALL OPERATIVES WILL BE REQUIRED TO HOLD C.S.C.S CARDS
OPERATIVES NOT HOLDING C.S.C.S. WILL BE REGESTERED ONTO THE SCHEME WITH THE VIEW OF GAINING THEIR C.S.C.S. CARD
